So you put a riser pad under your saddle so it pitches forward and puts extra pressure on the horse's shoulders? Buy a damn saddle that fits!!

anybody who has any experience should be able to ride like that and as for the horse, i agree, buy a custom saddle... but risers do help if ur short of $ or just use one saddle for a bunch of hroses.

My equine chiropractor insists that if a saddle doesn't fit without a pad...GET RID OF THAT SADDLE!!! If it doesn't fit, no correction pad of any kind will fix it! You take the chance of ruining your horse's back!

Kelly is an idiot- if your saddle fits properly all those damn pads are NOT needed!! Dip shit. This woman has no business teaching anyone anything about horses- this is the same woman who was showing "English" riding in a western saddle & bridle-
BEGINNERS- heed this advice- DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE EXPERT VILLAGE VIDS ON HORSES- they are all wrong! every single one I have watched will put the beginner in GREAT danger!

Idiot Village, not Expert Village!
100% incorrect.
The saddle is sitting in the wrong position, it needs to be shifted back about 5 inches. Get a saddle that fits and place it in the correct position.
Expert Village should REMOVE this junk from youtube.
