I think Ebay is the best place for used equipment. Dover and stateline for new stuff. They both have great sales and helpful sales people.

well it may not be the CHEAPEST but olson mills tack shop is pretty darn cheap i get all my tack there!

http://www.ebay.com is by best friend! If you must get new stuff, Dover is great. It has great quality products at reasonable prices.
My suggestion, though, is to google around. Find the product that you want. Then, google that product to see where you can find the best price. I have also used Adam’s Horse Supply too. I used use stateline all of the time, but they don’t seem to be doing well financially or something. They have greatly reduced the number of products that they have, and they are often missing sizes of the things they do carry. Still you can find a great deal there if they have what you are looking for.
I bought both of my saddles, 2 helmets, and 3 pairs of boots from ebay. I also purchased a pack of 15 halters for a steal
